The Laika Linear Media Player application (“the App”) is an interactive educational experience developed by Netgenetix.com Media Inc. (ngx) in partnership with Autodesk. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the App

The App is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The App is distributed privately (unlisted publishing) and intended for use in Autodesk’s gallery space.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without written permission from ngx or Autodesk.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials in the App — including text, graphics, audio, video, and software — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Credits and attributions for specific media are displayed within the App where applicable.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

ngx and Autodesk shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Modifications

ngx reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent version.
