The Age of Influence application (“the App”) is developed and maintained by Netgenetix.com Media Inc. (“ngx”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) on behalf of the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre (VHEC).
This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through the App.

The App is distributed via unlisted publishing and is intended for educational use by authorized users of the VHEC.

2. Information We Collect

The App may collect the following types of information:

a. Non-personal usage data

User interactions, selections, and in-app choices.
Session information such as timestamps or navigation events.

b. Automatically collected data

The App may automatically upload data to a secure cloud server managed by ngx when connected to Wi-Fi.
This data may include anonymous interaction metrics and aggregate usage trends.

c. Media and content information

The App contains images, videos, and other media assets with attribution and credit information, provided by VHEC and its content partners.

The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, or device identifiers.

3. How We Use the Information

The collected data is used to:

Improve the educational experience and functionality of the App.
Help VHEC understand user engagement for research, reporting, and exhibition development.
Maintain and monitor technical performance and stability.

Data is securely stored in a cloud environment managed by ngx.
ngx may share aggregate, anonymized data reports with VHEC for analysis and educational research.
No data will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties outside this partnership.

5. Data Security

We use standard industry security measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, as no digital system is completely secure, users acknowledge that use of the App is at their own discretion.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is designed for general educational audiences and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
