1. Overview

The Age of Influence application (“the App”) is an interactive educational experience developed by Netgenetix.com Media Inc. (ngx) in partnership with the Vancouver Holocaust Education Centre (VHEC). By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Use of the App

The App is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The App is distributed privately (unlisted publishing) and intended solely for authorized users approved by VHEC.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute the App or its content without written permission from ngx or VHEC.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials in the App — including text, graphics, audio, video, and software — are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Credits and attributions for specific media are displayed within the App where applicable.

4. Data Collection and Use

By using the App, you acknowledge that anonymous interaction data may be collected and uploaded automatically over Wi-Fi to a secure ngx-managed cloud server. This data is shared with VHEC for educational analysis and performance improvement.

No personal data is collected, and no data is shared beyond ngx and VHEC.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

ngx and VHEC shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Modifications

ngx reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” will reflect the most recent version.
